Sailboat Navigating Dodd Narrows

Securite securite. We are a two seven foot yellow sailboat with a jury rigged rudder and minimal steerage headed north bound in Dodd Narrows. Any concerned traffic please advise channel one six. Concerned traffic! We were already half way through Dodd Narrows when this came across the radio. If you look carefully at the picture he was actually steering with an oar.
